Calling all Scottish Albacore sailors!
We are organising a new scottish sailing event. It's called the Tartan Trophy and is the Scottiish equivalent of the Tiger Trophy. The event is open to any dinghy or cat and will be held at Prestwick SC on the 3/4 May 2008.
The format will be 3 races on Saturday with fast and slow fleets and a non-discardable pursuit race on Sunday. There will be heeps of prizes and whilst I know your Inlands are on that weekend it would be great if any Scottish or North English boats that are not going would come and support this event.
The event will be held in aid of, and to raise awareness of, the John Merricks Trust.
