I agree, a fantastic picture. I have that one in my collection but it didnt make the cut as it has a copyright notice on it.

I used Photo Story 3 for XP Free Download from MS here Its very easy to use. Or you can use Windows Movie maker. Download again free from MS here
I'm sure the Mac users will chip in with a superior equivalent.
