There have been a couple of minor changes to the SIs which have been posted but you don't need to download another copy:
14.1 now reads

A protesting boat shall inform
the race committee on the committee boat immediately after finishing,
or if she fails to finish advise a LSC safety boat or the beach
master immediately upon coming ashore.

This enables the crew of a damaged boat to protest if they can't finish the race
The Race Committee includes Jerry Rook and John Wofinden as the NAA reps so any general comments/ complaints about the race management should be taken to them,
