My husband previously owned an albacore, blue hull GRP for 20 years. He named her Albacete but sold her a couple of years ago and now totally regrets.



Does any one know her where abouts.



We sold her from Chichester Yacht Club.



Her sail No is 6819.

Hi,

I am the person who bought the albacore from you and I remember that your husband was very upset and that he didn't want to see the albacore leave.

I have since sold it on and the current owners have the boat at BCYC, Axbridge. She is not regularly used.

Thats what I like to see a happy ending! I wish that more people who used to sail albacores felt the same way. I know that Chichester has always had a good relationship with the Albacore I trust there is still a few boats sailing regularily for your husband to compete against.
