Hi made the trip to ogston to view and possibly purchase a Fosrite Albacore. Did the deal on Friday night and I think all happy. The boat in question is as far as I can tell, a 1974 yellow compisite fosrite with a sail number circa 64?? I think that Richard Watkinson may have re-decked this boat when it was being sailed at Covenham some years back. The re-deck has been done particularly well. The inside has been painted, on the floor (grey) and the side bouancey tanks have two inspection covers each plus drain bungs at the back front tank is half hight. Can anyone shed any light on the number?

Most of the GCYC "Dock" boats are fosrites. I think among other 's there is 6423 & 6424, so i suspect it will be in that order. Next time I go over i will note some hull numbers. The only other thing i can think of is that it was never registered, after they stopped making them.
