TOPIC:

I am in the process of joining the Albacore fleet. The first step is complete; I have bought a cheap Alb (without trailer) off Ebay. The second step is to get her back from Plymouth to the Wirral. My plan is to borrow a Phantom Combi trailer which has a cradle rather than gunwale hung trolley from our club. The Phantom is 14’ can anyone advise if that will be OK for an Alb.

I have sent you a PM, I sail at Dee Sailing Club, but hope to sail with some of the West Kirby Albacores during our Regattas etc, mind you I have only seen Ebay photos of my boat so far, I am picking her up on Saturday

7404 is currently in my garage between frostbite races - if we can transfer her to another launch trolley you can borrow our combi to pick up your boat.
