Is there anyone out there who's recently bought an Albacore trailier or combi recently. I've had problems, still do, and it might help me to get help with my ongoing problems if I know if my troubles are unusual, part of a pattern, or just typical.

I'll not go into any detail here. I'd prefer a Personal Message or e-mail if anyone has anything for me. Thanks.

At last .... my trailer woes are all sorted out. Delivery was seven weeks late and well into the sailing season (had to beg for information and updates while I waited - with limited success), some parts were missing from the delivery (and I had to fabricate temporary ones to keep me going until the real ones arrived), and I've given up waiting for the an answer on my final set of problems and decided to fix the trolley crades myself (with my own fibre glass and a little stainless steel). They are well designed but barely fit for purpose.

From date or order to a fit-for-purpose trailer ...... about 21 weeks!

I don't know what your original problem was and I think that it is quite important to be in the open about difficulties that you are experiencing with supply companies that we may all use. Sometimes it is by being in the public domaine that companies get their act together and meet customers' needs. I personally have always found Mersea Trailers good and not experienced the sort of delays that you have mentioned. Shame and I hope others do not experience the same.
