I have updated the class rules page to link to the 2013 class rules.
Changes from the previous rules are marked with side bars and/or underlines.

The main changes are to include the recently adopted double window jibs, addition of a builders plate (for new boats) and to tidy up some errors that crept in during the change to the ISAF format.
