Hi Paul

Nothing fixed at present!

We are looking for an inland venue preferably one with a resident Alb fleet?

Thanks

Have suggested Stewartby, what do you all think, dont think we should be at Scaling again.

Scaling is a very good venue, so perhaps we go to scaling again. We should be sailing at South Cerney and they have a two day event, so it could go to South Cerney.

The event was offered to South Cerney but they declined. Stewartby is certainly central but I would appreciate a few more opinions before making the approach. Maidenhead would have been another good option but they have an early event and we would be missing the boats that are going to Florida. Comments please.

Thanks

Whilst Scaling is an excellent venue, Stewarby is a good option, but we need to get some commitment to travel from the fleet.

Looking at the traveller series results, very few boats travelled last year, hopefully we ma be able to improve the attendance this year

Regards

Paul

South Cerney has not declined. We just don't want host club members to be made to join the NAA in order to compete. Encouraging club members to compete may well generate NAA membership after the event.

Hi Stewartby would be good as it is fairly central, water is good as well, club has plenty of land for camping etc.

Regards

Barry
