I know there aren't many active Albs in the far South West any more, and I know I'm no longer sailing one, but if anyone fancies a day out the weekend after the Dinghy show, this is the place to be!

It would be great to see some Albs there for our inaugural event. I suspect that I'll be starting in a later flight so it'll be good to have something to aim at

PS The contact for the event is Richard Willows (see the link). If there's anyone out there with a (very) good memory you might recall him crewing for Phil Crebbin at the Albacore Worlds in Plymouth in 1973!

Can't afford Florida so I'm going to do the Roadford Rocket and Maidenhead.

Glad to see you have Maidenhead on your calendar. We should have around 12 local boats despite 2 in the container so there should be some good racing.
