There is a camp site directly behind the sailing club and quite a few B&B's in town about 1 mile away.

Alas no Smiffy - he's in Newcastle watching the Rugby so I will be applying my not inconsiderable crewing skills to Steve Bailey's Albacore. It's not a bad deal actually - Beth tells me he buys all the booze as long as crews provide their own flat cap and anorak.

NOR staes entry fee is £30 but only £27 if you pay via the Bala sailing club web site.

There is no camping on the foreshore at Bala Sailing Club, but the camp site at the rear of the club is called Penybont!

Hi Folks,
looks like my centerboard will be fixed in time but I now have another problem: no crew! My daughter Jo is unwell and can't make it so I need a crew or I can't take part. Can anyone help? Do you know of someone who can crew? Please let me know if you do.
