Do Albacore sailors generally find a position which suits (giving correct tiller feel/ feedback etc) set it and leave it or is it common to change it moving fore and aft depending on conditions?
Most classes I've sailed in you find the 'magic position and generally leave it.
Seen a few tuning guides and they have a range listed but I am looking to understand if in the scheme of things it really matters and if it's best just to set it in an average mid point!
Hints and tips appreciated !

Alex
We set the mast, one hole back from max forward, never move it.
