Hi All,

I may well be missing it here with the new online layout (which is great but my computer illiteracy is still the same!) I dont seem to be able to find any dates for events next year, I am assuming the venue has been decided for the nationals and travellers etc.

Can anyone shed any light on the dates and venues or point me in the right direction online? Thanks in advance.

We dont have all the dates yet, so the list has not been published on the site.

The nationals are confirmed at Llandudno 2nd,3rd,4th July.
(they are a little earlier than usual in 2011 to allow more time for those shipping boats to Toronto for the Internationals.

...Except that there seems very little interest in shipping boats to Toronto. The only positive interest shown so far (apart from mine) has come from Mark Fowler.

Re the Toronto trip it would be nice to do but to hard for me with time off at a premium and other events going on. I commend you Norman for taking on the organising for the UK fleet and hope you get a good contingent!

Can you confirm the dates for next years nationals, the 2nd 3rd and 4th of July is Saturday Sunday Monday.

Is that correct or should it be Fri, Sat, Sun.

Hi Guys,

Any further upbates on events and venues for this year, my understanding is that we are having the Inlands at Scaling Dam and the Northerns at Bala. Both favorite venues of mine so would like to get them in the Diary.

Scaling Dam apparently are having repairs to the dam so are low on water. The Inlands are being moved to another venue which I think is nearly finalised.

I will update the Fixtures pages with
Inlands, Hamble shortly.

Don't forget Southern Areas at Hamble on 18th & 19th June. Promises to be a great event, shared with the Albacores' older sisters, the Fireflies and also a great warm up event for the Nationals.
