My name in personal information is shown as O/'M and try as hard as I have to amend it and take the oblique out, it still keeps re-appearing. How do I go abbout altering it?

This is a result of the way the forum stores characters suchs as apostrophes (')
Clearly it is not being decoded correctly. I will add it to the list.

Thanks and it may also have occurred because the / key and the ' are adjacent to each other.

Its actually a '\' rather than a '/' which arnt next to each other.
The database uses a '\' to "escape" special characters, but it is not un-escaping it when it displays the name.
