Are we definitely on for W/C 3rd Aug at S.C.Y.C Abersoch? We've at least 4 boats and a most enthusiastic party of drinkers / sandcastlers / beach glamour coming from Tewkesbury at this stage.

There is some interest in getting accommodation booked etc. Also I've already booked and will need to cancel sharpish if I'm going to get my deposit back if there is a change of venue.

We've got some good crews looking for a sail for the week if anyone wants putting in touch nearer the time.

Definitely on 3rd to 9th Aug 2013 - more details to follow within the next week but we will need to get at least 50 boats so this is a good start.

So encourage more to come along, get your drinking arms in tune and let's hope for fair winds, good weather and a great Albersoch Internationals!

Any other clubs bringing a good size group?

Also our American/Canadian alber-brothers will need boats to charter - any offers?

Hi all,

We are coming with 4 boats from Shetland and accomodation has already been booked.
Canada has already booked a rematch at the bar, but not sure about the beach glamour, might get Angus in speedo's!!

The new boat, which is finished at Ovington, moulded for Neville & myself, will make 5 from Tewkesbury.

This boat (8192) is to be timber decked & launch January.

Does any know if there will be any charter boats available? or if there is going to be a competitive boat unused that the owner will be willing to charter? If so I may be interested.
